“After an exhaustive search by my husband for a great trainer for me - he chose Katie for my Christmas Gift! BEST GIFT EVER! Katie has so much knowledge - in so many areas - to improve your health through exercise, stretching and nutrition, which she shares freely with you. I've worked with other trainers, but Katie is different in the BEST way possible! She LISTENS and she asks questions - she gets to know her customers personally, so she can customize a routine to their specific needs, while knowing and taking into account their age, limitations and skill level. She is a "cheerleader" at every session - and her genuine care and concern, coupled with her vivacious personality, make training with her pure FUN! I've lost 10 lbs. and several inches over the last few months - wearing a smaller size too and can wear sleeveless shirts now because my arms are getting so toned - plus I feel better, stand up straighter and have lots more stamina to keep up with my four young grandchildren! “About 8 months ago I decided I wanted to join the Coast Guard, but I needed to get myself physically prepared before I left for boot camp. I found my personal trainer Katie and she helped me achieve and even surpass my goals. Our very first session she tested me to see where we needed to start and I could not do a single sit up, push up, and my 1.5 mile time was at 22 minutes. After all of the time and effort Katie put into training me and keeping me consistent, I now can do 40 sit ups in a minute, 15 push ups in 45 seconds, my 1.5 mile is at 14:40 minutes and I've lost about 25lbs. I couldn't of asked for a better trainer than Katie. She really listened to all my goals and focused all of our work outs to achieving them and I could never thank her enough.“
